Bucket Boss Brand 25005 Pro Parachute Bag
If you're looking for a quick, easy and reliable way to carry tools and small parts on the job, the Bucket Boss Super Chute is a good choice. Six large interior compartments will keep your small parts (nails, brads, screws, etc.) organized, while 12 outside pockets allow you to carry just the small tools you need to get the job done. The bag is made of rugged, 600 denier fabric that stands up to the rigors of any work site. It's strung with parachute cord, so it automatically cinches closed when lifted off the ground. And it's designed to stack three or four deep in a five-gallon bucket, for easy transportation. A flat bottom protects against accidental spills and allows the bag to rest comfortably on any work surface, keeping everything handy and safe.--Carl Thress

    More useful than you'd think

I have a bunch of these bags, as well as the older bags with no external pockets. The older style is a little easier to close, but the new ones are thicker material, so I think they'll last longer. I don't use the exterior pockets (yet?).

My workbench went from a disorganized collection of cardboard boxes to a handful of parachute bags - now I can find hardware faster and get back to work. They also save much time and aggravation when packing my truck and tools for a job - I know I have all my hardware with me.

It's a good product at a great price.
    Super useful

I have a number of the original Bucket Boss chutes, so when I saw this unit with the external pockers- a natural extension of the idea- I picked up a couple at the local home store.

I'm not a builder, but I've worked with crews on my house and done a fair bit of repair and addition of small built-ins. Like anyone who's done this sort of work, I have accumulated large amounts of screws, nails, wirenuts and other hardware in various sizes that I need a handy way to carry. Three or four of these (depending on what's in 'em) will fit in a joint compound bucket and provide an excellent way to organize and carry small parts.

I've got two filled with different sizes of deck screws, one with biscuits for the biscuit joiner, one with wire nuts, cable staples and other electrical items, one with nails and a few more with different screws, nuts, washers, screen door hardware, fuses, and other things I can't even remember. It's a great system.

The Bucket Boss System really gets the job done

The best way to get into the Bucket Boss Super Chutes is to explain it is part of a system. The super chutes handles the misc parts. The other part of the system is the Bucket Boss 56, which handles the tools. Each one, can also be used to do a little of the other.
Super Chutes is great. I no longer find myself looking for that box of screws, or having to run back out to get things out of the vehicle. Also, if I am low on something, it is immediately apparent. The material, it is made out of, is super durable, and I am sure it will last, for a long, long time. Pick up one or more of these, and a 56 Organizer for your tools. The organization will pay for itself in no time. Get the Boss and watch your productivity zoom!

Rotary Tool Stand (Mini Drill Press for a Dremel)

This is a light weight tool, but is well suited for model making and the drilling of small parts. The overall quality of the assembly is lacking somewhat. the plastic control parts are weak, but if you are handy, you can rebuild them with stronger materials. It is essential that the unit be mounted on a larger base and that this base be clamped to the work table. Failure to do so could result in damage and or injury. I have taken steps to correct these issues. I am presently using the unit to drill hiles in jewelry and carvings.

The price is fair for the quality of goods recieved, and met my needs. However if you are looking for absolute precision, this unit will not measure up.
Great stand for your rotary tool, but it has its limits.

The Milescraft Rotary Tool Stand is a useful accessory for your rotary tools. It can be used for such things as a drill press or to just hold your rotary tool allowing you to better hold the part you are working with (like having a third hand).

However, I need to point out that this stand is not designed to do precession work with your rotary tool. If you are looking for something small to do any drilling that requires a tight tolerance, you maybe better off looking at looking one of the many small table top drill presses available that don't cost too much more.

Assembly and disassembly (for easy storage) is fast and easy. The instructions that come with it are easy to follow too.

The base is die cast aluminum and lightweight measuring about 7" x 10" with a work area of 6" x 6". A heaver cast iron base would have been nice to make the unit more stable. However for small light work the stand is stable and it also comes with three #8 screws and rubber feet to allow you to screw the base to your work bench to improve stability.

The vertical support column is a lightweight tube that presses into the base and is held secure with a single bolt at the back of the base. The over all height of the stand is about 15", including the base. The "tool holder bracket" can easily be adjusted anywhere up or down the vertical tube which gives you about 12" of adjustment vertically. A heaver threaded vertical support column would have been nice feature to help improve stability. But the press fit of the tube into the base are a nice tight fit.

This stand is design to be used as a drill press when your rotary tool mounted in the vertical position, but as I pointed out earlier, it is not for precession drilling. The tool holder bracket is designed to allow approximately 2-1/2" of travel when used as a drill press. However the tool holder bracket can be adjusted anywhere along the vertical column for short or taller jobs. There is also an adjustable depth gage with a depth stop collar to control the depth of your drill which is nice if you need to repeat your drill depth.

I did find a slight play in the "tool holder bracket" while using it as a drill press, but I was able to easily eliminate just about all of the extra play by placing a thin piece of plastic between the "depth shaft" and the lower guides.

    Pros:
    Lightweight
Easy to assemble and disassemble for easy storage
Holds rotary tool vertically or horizontally for ease of working
Can be used as a mini drill press
Can be easily fastened (screwed) to your work bench for added stability

    Cons:
Lightweight base and vertical column makes the stand not stable as it could be if not fastened down.
Loose fitting design when used as a drill press allowed extra play (not for precession work)

    Rubbermaid Heavy Duty Cabinet

We love it. It's just what we wanted. They were very easy to put together. No tools necessary. I bought 2. They make a nice addition in our spare room for storage. Very neat.
    Slick unit

Mine finally was delivered.....but the package didnt have instructions inside. Thank goodness the box it came in had icons photos of how to do it. The panels are marked so you just follow the alphabet...A, B, F, G.....etc. I'm a woman, so If I can put it together, anyone can. I did used a rubber mallet which they suggested, and is an absolute MUST when putting it together. If you dont pound in the supports far enough into the slots, your doors wont fit right. Dont try doing it by hand force alone. I think that's why others didnt give the unit more stars. This thing is sturdy and heavy ( 69 pounds, and wont scratch up my laminate or hardwood floors.
I'm very pleased with the functionality of this unit, and will buy a few more for my garage area. It will never rot, mildew, rust, splinter, warp,be eaten by ants, or absorbe grease, paint, stain, dirt, water or grime. Can be locked and left outdoors on or by docks, garages, sheds, patios,....you name it. Everyone knows Rubbermaid. You cant go wrong with this unit
    What I Wanted

I just spent 20 minutes assembling this cabinet. Could not have been simpler. Read instructions , add rubber mallet & presto, instant storage. No finish to scratch , no metal to rust, no hinges to bend. The clutter in my basement is concealed & I know where to find what I need. Tools, paint, shoes & boots, cleaning supplies, all behind nice looking doors. I think it is perfect. It was easy to handle at 50 pounds & I will never have to worry about moisture in my basement affecting it. It is what it says it is & I only regret I paid more for the 3 I bought than Amazon is selling them for.

  • Customer Review:
Worked well initially but fizzled out after a few months.

I have a small terrier and really liked how quiet this nail groomer was. She did not seem so tramatized by it.
It did quite a nice job when it worked, but unfortunately, it did not last long enough to really make it worth it. Now when I put it up to her nails, it fizzles out immediately. I even ordered 3 more boxes of the discs, and now have no use for them.
    Useful

I have an Irish Terrier. I've used a file (slow and inadequate). Avoided a nail cutter (dark nails, got to the quick once and Michelle hates the sight of the things). I had another grinder (too big, too noisy and AC). This Dremel is great. It's compact, no cords, relatively quiet and two speeds (I usually use the slow speed). And Michelle doesn't mind it at all. Highly recommend.
    Way better than clippers

This thing works great, it is easy to shape and trim dogs' nails without "quicking" them. My dog tolerates this MUCH better than any type of clipper.

    Two minor complaints:
    1. For large dogs, the small sanding drum supplied is not big enough to do the nail well. I already had some larger dremel drums, but you can easily buy these.
    2. Since my dog is large (rhodesian ridgeback) and has tough nails, this thing eats batteries like you wouldn't believe. I almost have to replace them every other time I trim his nails.
